REDILEARNING AND ACHCA PARTNER IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE FOR SENIOR CARE PROFESSIONALS
New plan marks a significant step forward in the promotion of leadership for long term care.
DELRAY BEACH, FL – RediLearning Corp. has announced that it entered into a new agreement with the American College of Health Care Administrators (ACHCA) to collaborate in the development of an ACHCA & RediLearning Leadership Development Institute. Promoting excellence in long term care leadership is the goal for both organizations.
The announcement was made by Michael Hemlepp, Chief Executive Officer of RediLearning, who said, “This is a major step for our organization in associating RediLearning with ACHCA. We have the know-how to bring expert professional leadership content to its membership in a 24/7 delivery environment with a compelling multimedia content platform. A big part of our collaboration now enables the ACHCA to create and release CEU-earning curricula more widely and much more quickly.”
Beyond co-development of time-sensitive training, the agreement calls for RediLearning to provide needs assessment, programming and content, speakers, program management and execution, IT services and solutions, implementation and back-end support, billing and collections, marketing and program evaluation. Though continuing education is the focus of the RediLearning-ACHCA association, a more generalized collaboration for mutual interests is a stated objective of both organizations.

ACHCA is an accredited provider for continuing education credits with the National Association of Long Term Care Administrator Boards (NAB), and key State Boards. Courses co-developed for the Leadership curricula will be eligible for administrator CE credit. ACHCA will issue CEU credit certificates to qualifying participants, and RediLearning will display the accreditation approval on its websites and certificates granted to online course users.
